This advanced mountain bike maintenance course is designed for those of you who already have a little experience of cycle maintenance but would like to increase that knowledge further to become a better bike mechanic and reduce the amount of time your bike is off the trails. A bike maintenance course will give you the skills and confidence to service and repair your own bike. A bike in good condition is obviously safer and much less likely to break down, but will also last longer and probably cost you less in the long term.

This basic cycle maintenance course is designed for those people who have very little knowledge of bicycle maintenance.
