Peak district campsites

There are many sightseeing and walking tours in the area and you can take a rooftop bus, or a boat trip to discover the sights. They also have a variety of half-price pitches between Sunday and Thursday 29th September – 24th October. North Lees campsite.


Beech Croft Farm, Taddington. One play area is for under 6s, and then a separate one for the over 7s with a ball games area, zip wire and climbing frame.

There’s also a separate exercise field for four-legged family members. That means, absolutely nothing, all food waste and other rubbish should all be taken with you. In certain spots, the remote ones and likely to be the places you’ll be wild camping. Peak District, right by The Limestone Way. Middlehills Farm Campsite is a well established family run site which is owned and run by Nick and Liz Lomas and has been in the family for over years. Owned and managed by John, Julie and Jodie Gregory, we are located at Blackwell in the Peak , a small hamlet with just houses and a few small farms. There are more than 6miles of public rights of way to explore the gloriously changing scenery, from the rugged gritstone and heather moorland of the Dark Peak to the limestone plateau and deep dales of the White Peak. Ideally located midway between Belper and Ashbourne (3- miles in each direction) Blackbrook lodge is set within acres of grounds and gardens with small lake and ponds. Down a narrow, winding lane you’ll find this simple, small but perfectly-formed campsite.


Bank House Farm Caravan and Camping Park is located in Hulme En a hamlet miles north of Ashbourne and miles south of Buxton. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and there may be other campsites available which are not on this list. We are unable to recommend campsites and it is the decision of the LO whether the campsites are acceptable and whether they fit with your intended routes. The site is surrounded by unspoilt countryside, with miles of footpaths across the rolling hills in all directions.


Tent pitches are spread over six fields with a separate family field and a small riverside field which is dedicated to backpackers only. Hello and welcome to Dale Farm. Bakewell campsite enjoys a peaceful, rural setting with stunning views over the Derbyshire countryside. Combs Valley Campsite is an all year round camp site suitable for tents, caravans and camper vans (amp electric hook-ups are available). It covers several counties in central northern England.


Middlehills Farm, is a small family run caravan and camp site located in the heart of the Peak district National Park. With our outstanding views,. Orange Pins are campsites still in Dark Peak area, but far from designated Wild Country area. Blue Pins are campsites in the White Peak area - Bronze and Silver expeditions only.


Welcome to Newhaven…. Peaceful and seclude Newhaven Holiday Park, has beautifully maintained grounds with pretty picnic, barbecue and play areas. It is a working farm with animals grazing in the surrounding fields. The site lies about one mile from the village of Over Haddon and a couple of miles from the village of Monyash.


This campsite is a perfect base for exploring the Derbyshire peaks and dales, close to the market town of. Walk on Kinder Scout. Stand on top of Stanage Edge. Whether you’re a hiker, a climber or simply love a good view, you won’t want to miss.
